after 3 attempts to withdraw liquidity this is the last message it show up but the liquidity is still the same

I keep getting an error while adding lp. It allows adding very small quantities. The coins I added do not appear in my withdrawable balance afterward

Each time I try to add liquidity I have an error message. Take to much time, failed and refund

No order is being filled. My balance gets deducted as though I swapped, but the other token in the pair never increases, I get error message that order failed and I have been refunded, but I never get refunded.

Liquidity doesn't work either.
